(I mean that I almost never write summaries of chapter, paragraphs or book, I just mark very specific inline stuff that sounds interesting and rephrase that)

you could make the point that when I read Flow 📖 and already know ◊ flow as a concept, what's the point of summarizing the core idea of the book? And stuff like 📖 Too Nice For Your Own Good, do I really want to "memorize" the nine mistakes or whatever?
